Jen Cushman is a natural storyteller who’s drawn to the imperfect, the quirky, the artsy and the authentic. She’s spent 20+ years as a mixed-media artist and internationally-known instructor and she leads Art + Spirit workshops in the South of France.
Jen's authored two jewelry-making books and her mixed-media work has been featured in national magazines. She's done guest appearances on Make it Artsy and various morning television shows.
In 2020 when the pandemic hit, Jen followed her heart whispers and started Soul Stir Magic, where she works one-on-one with clients and small groups as an empathic intuitive, reiki master and Huna energy healer and a compassionate guide for women wanting to live joyfully.
Each Monday at 11:11 am Arizona time Jen hosts her Magic Mondays Love & Learn Facebook livestreams, where she teaches about personal growth, wellness, energy medicine or spirituality. She also does mini oracle card readings for a handful of her live viewers.
Jen’s passion is helping others explore their inner knowing which, in turn, empowers them to live juicy lives filled with creativity, authenticity and purpose.
Jen has degrees in Journalism and Psychology, as well as a number of certifications including Neurolinguistics Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, Mental and Emotional Release (MER) Master Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master Teacher, Angel Tarot Card reader and Positive Psychology coach.
