Society of Wildflowers, (also referred to as S.O.W. Empowerment), is a global network of uplifting and empowered women from a variety of lifestyles, professions and backgrounds, with a shared purpose and mission: to inspire, educate and guide other women to a path of radical self-acceptance and dynamic mindset shifts. This is achieved through immersion in the healing energies of community, guided self-care activities, creative wellness workshops and evidence based therapeutic coaching.

Sarah is a dedicated paper crafter, always looking for new techniques and interesting ways to create her cards and three-dimensional projects.
She started paper crafting after her children were born, and she was looking for some “me” time. After searching for sewing classes she stumbled upon card making and there was no turning back!
Soon the hobby turned a corner, and in 2013, Sarah joined Stampin’ Up! and became a demonstrator, offering card making classes to friends. She cast the net further and found a wonderful community of crafters.
Born in England, Sarah has now lived in the United States for over 25 years, which is now home, with her husband and two children, all avid artist!
