This is achieved through immersion in the healing energies of community, guided self-care activities, creative wellness workshops and evidence based therapeutic coaching.

Releasing control and seeing what happens when you pour it all out are the goals of this engaging workshop. Participants will layer colors of paint and cell-creating medium into cups, then spread them on canvases to see what develops. Using tools like straws, wood picks and other unlikely implements, each participant will have the opportunity to create multiple pieces of art using paint pouring techniques, sponsored by DecoArt
