This is achieved through immersion in the healing energies of community, guided self-care activities, creative wellness workshops and evidence based therapeutic coaching.

Grab your lunch and craft up some fun with Eileen Hull and Sizzix! Eileen will share dies from her newly released collections, as well as fun tools and products from Sizzix. She'll be guiding participants to create handmade cards that they can keep, or donate to be sent to military veterans through our selected charity, Help Heal Veterans.
