Society of Wildflowers, (also referred to as S.O.W. Empowerment), is a global network of uplifting and empowered women from a variety of lifestyles, professions and backgrounds, with a shared purpose and mission: to inspire, educate and guide other women to a path of radical self-acceptance and dynamic mindset shifts. This is achieved through immersion in the healing energies of community, guided self-care activities, creative wellness workshops and evidence based therapeutic coaching.

Immersive Crystal Sound Bath Ceremony with Reiki Energy Clearing

Immersive full length sound bath ceremony using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, along with various gongs, chimes and energy clearing instruments. Our Reiki practitioner will visit the participants individually during the performance, to provide Reiki energy clearings.

Benefits of a sound bath include tuning the frequency of the bodies chakras, aligning the energy body and clearing stagnation and energetic debris. A sound bath offers participants the added benefit of achieving focus in the present moment, clearing the mind of distractions. The deep resonating tones can aid in clearing negative emotions, and allow the listener to achieve a deeper state of relaxation. This can lead to enjoyment of better sleep, reduced stress, and improved mood.
